Our cuisine is a culinary journey – from the Alps to Asia. We love our roots, yet we also enjoy thinking outside the box. Traditional classics meet modern interpretations, complemented by international and Asian flavors.

An authentic wood-fired pizza at 11:00 PM or even later. Our fresh brook trout after a long day at the spa. A steak when the evening is just beginning. What we serve at 6:00 PM, we also serve until midnight – with the same high standards. No reheated leftovers. No half-baked menus. Full kitchen and delivery service until midnight.
