While the lights usually go out in the valley around 9 pm, we're just getting started. We leave the lights on when others turn them off. This approach opens up entirely new possibilities for us and our team – for uncompromising quality and a quality of life that leaves room for what truly matters.

THE FACTS:
🏔️ FREEDOM: Monday and Tuesday are yours for sure. The mountains are your playground while others work. No exceptions, no discussions.
🕒 FOCUS: No split shifts. We divide the work, uniformly for the entire crew.
At Jägerhäusl, we believe that top performance is only possible with a clear mind. That's why we have a fair system of rotating early and late shifts – consistently for our entire team.
The early crew: Starts off relaxed with preparation, rocks the service opening and enjoys the early end of the workday for more private life.
The late crew: They come aboard during peak hours and bring the boat home safely overnight. In return, the morning and most of the afternoon belong entirely to them.
This model applies to all areas, ensuring a fair distribution of the workload. True craftsmanship requires fresh energy – not exhausted faces. We protect our crew so that the light in the Jägerhäusl can burn with full passion every day.
